Michael Porter proposes two generic competitive strategies for outperforming other corporations in a particular industry : lower
cost and differentiation. These strategies are called generic because they can be pursued by any type or size of business firm, even by not for profit organization :
-Lower cost strategy : is the ability of a company or a business unit to design produce and market a comparable product more efficiently than its competitors
-differentiation strategy is the ability of a company to provide unique abd superior value to buyer in terms of product quality ,special features, or after sales service.

I'm one of the mega ceramic's customer............... their product provide good quality .... and they also provide the customer with good services.

yes, I'm totally agree with you ,their products are very complete and the description of the products is so clear

But i think they should expand their business to sell more products
